Every yoga posture has its own set of benefits for our body & Health. Including Child Pose or Balasana  into our yoga routines is very Beneficial. Following are the Benefits of Child Pose Or Balasana-

  1. It nicely stretches out your spine, thighs, hips, and ankles.
  2. It’s a resting pose filled with deep breathing, it’s Very relaxing Yoga Pose.
  3. Child’s Pose can stimulate blood circulation to your head, and blood circulation helps oxygen reach all corners of your body.
  4. Child’s Pose can relieve tension in the chest, lower back, shoulders, and hamstrings.
  5. Child Pose or Balasana is a Super Easy and Simple Yoga Pose.
  6. If you are feeling tight and achy, you can drop to the floor and bust out Child’s Pose for a minute to loosen up.
  7. Child’s Pose lengthens the entire spine and allows for a release across the entire back.
  8. In Balasana Yoga Pose, the torso rests on or between the thighs, which helps to promote digestion.
  9. Child’s Pose is an excellent posture to treat knee issues, as it both strengthens and stretches the knees.
