Please note, the colors in the picture are indicative. This is a handmade product including the outer cover that is handwoven. The colorful lining that runs through this fabric may be slightly different in colors depending on the batch of the fabric woven. Sometimes, it is a shade of red, brown, green, pink, yellow and at other times, other color combination. It is extremely difficult to picturize the pattern every time. Please do not construe the change in color pattern as a defect and feel free to ask us questions if any.
Further, the color of the cushion is not pure white (as may appear due to natural light shoot) but a natural shade of cotton with yellowish undertones. We do not use any chemicals to bleach or treat the natural cotton yarn prior to weaving.

This is a handmade product made with lot of love in our small studio in Ghaziabad, India - Not mass produced in a factory.
The first few pictures are in natural sunlight during a day (outdoors), the last few pictures are from an indoor photoshoot under lights.

The cotton pre-filled cushions are what earlier practitioners used. They are sturdier than the buckwheat pre-filled ones. The selection of the type of cushions depends entirely on your comfort and likability.

Please note these cushions are not Zabutons that can support your entire body or a lotus pose. The intention of Zafus is to provide a support to your sitting bone while you practice meditation or Pranayama. Also, the 10 inch cushion i,.e., the medium size looks smaller when held in hand but it works for most of the people if you understand how Zafus work. WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Dry Cleaning Preferred. Hand wash covers in normal water with gentle liquid soap. Absolutely, No Machine wash, rinse, tumble drying.

The cushions are of perfect size i.e., portable enough (They come with carrying handles) so carry them with you to studio, park, beach or wherever you would like to practice. So, go ahead practice your lotus pose and meditation sessions while aligning your spine and easing the strain on the back at the same time.

The zipper is such that you can change the cover and wash it - easily removable.

Further, Buckwheat Hull cushions are adjustable (you can remove some hulls as the cushions are stuffed firm. What more, a part of our profits goes to raising young readers in the artisan communities.
